How to buy in our wholesale online store?

Shopping in our wholesale online store is very simple and safe.
The method of placing orders does not differ from other stores, but below we provide you with some useful information regarding purchases in our store. We wish you pleasant reading and successful shopping :)

Product search

To facilitate the search for a specific product, we recommend using the product search engine located in the upper right corner.

The top menu bar also contains buttons:

You can also search for products during traditional category searches. To do this, we must click the Menu button and then select the option we are interested in - i.e. products or workshops.

Adding products to the cart - completing the order

You do not need to be logged in to add products to your cart, but we recommend doing so to make your purchases easier.

When browsing our offer, there is an "add to cart" button next to each available product. After clicking it, you will be redirected to a page where you can change the number of products (after this, click the "Calculate" button to see the correct price), view the basket, finalize the purchase, remove the product or continue shopping.

Payment for purchases

If all the products we want to purchase are in our basket, click the "checkout" button and then select the appropriate options - i.e. delivery method, payment and delivery address.

The total cost of the order consists of the product costs + delivery costs (unless the product costs are higher than PLN 200).
After knowing the total cost, complete the transaction by making the payment.

Invoices

Regardless of whether the buyer is an entrepreneur or a private person - we create a VAT invoice for each order in accordance with the forms completed when creating the order on the website www.scraphobby.pl.

Delivery address

You can change the delivery address for each order, e.g. if the buyer intends to stay elsewhere or give someone a gift.

News from the store

If you do not receive a confirmation message from our store after placing your order, we recommend checking your SPAM or Junk folder, depending on the email program you use.

This situation may be caused by sensitive filtering of messages by your email provider. If you do not receive the message, please contact us by e-mail.

Package

We recommend that you exercise particular caution during receipt (if the shipment appears damaged, you should immediately prepare a damage report in the presence of the courier or, if you have chosen a different form of delivery, contact the carrier.

The packages we prepare are properly secured, but it is worth not tearing the box when opening, so as not to damage the goods.

Additional information

The store operates based on an IT system that ensures the security of your purchases. The data you provided is stored in the above-mentioned system and used only to process orders in our store. They are properly protected and are not made available to other entities.
